Wanting a little cuddler?

This little boy is 6 years old and weighs in a bit over weight,
at 12.13lbs.
He is as sweet as can be and will go home with anyone that shows him any attention.
He just loves human companionship.
We are feeling he ate people food in the past, because dog food doesn't
seem to agree with his taste buds...
Very picky with his choice of flavors...however, we learned he loves chicken.
He hops like a rabbit, as he has 1 of his front paws deformed from a birth defect, so he doesn't use it.
He was licking his paw when we got him, and was checked over by
the vet that prescribed him a powder to go in between the toes of the 1 foot.
She also felt that a 1/2 of a benedryl would help any allergie issues he may be having.
She gave him a clean bill of health minus a back tooth that needs some
attention in the near future.
He does great around other small and large dogs. He loves snuggling and cuddle time for sure!
Not much of a toy player but he is VERY laid back and doesn't require alot of interaction,
but just loves to hang around people.
Because of his disabled paw, going for walks is not a good idea for him on long strolls.
He does do fine on a leash, but instead of walking he hops run, which makes him winded.
Perhaps small blocks of time at 1st until some of the weight drops, before he could work
himself up to to a bit longer walks.
He has been sleeping with the Foster and we are not sure
how he would do in a kennel if kept there overnight. He may do fine, but at
this time he hasn't had to be kenneled.
She has only heard him bark a few times, so not much of a barker.
He is doing good about going potty outside now that he is familiar with
his new placement.
Riding in the car is not his most pleasant things to do, because he wants you to be
touching him...if you don't, he quivers like he is scared.
Perhaps a smaller enclosed crate
vs the metal one that we use would make him feel safer..
If you are home a lot and want a couch cuddler, he would love to
be your best friend.
He is current with his immunization shot, Neutered, Rabies shot, and micro-chipped
